works well, reduces 680 tds to 45-50 tds. service is a big complaint in many online reviews, i have notices people in cities are able to manage the maintenance easily. you can service it yourself if you see some online tutorials. TIP: turn off the purifier once its full, when 30% water is left in tank switch it on. this will give a lift for the electrical circuit inside. also the water inside stays fresh and no need to drain water for a month at least. fater wastage is a big concern, so i have a seperate storage tank for rejected water, which i use for house old chores. save water no matter how rich you are or where you live.

Got an offer from flipkart at lower price as compared to shop price. Working fine till now, except the connector which the service guy from kent fixed got broken within a month, have to spent another 350 to get the connector fixed.

Though the product description says RO+UV, actually the product is RO+UV+UF. Delivery and installation were prompt. The service person will try to sell you an additional pre-filter worth Rs 1200. Your call whether to take it or not. Product working good so far. As with all ROs, there is a wastage of water. You can store that water and use for washing clothes and utensils.

Product good as compair market price but service of kent is super fast, a damage post carbon fiter received by me but imidiate change by service engg at free of cost. Thanks to kent and flipkart.

Product is excellent but it's 1000 bugs cheaper at other on line site.
