Very Good product and good sarvice

product was good.But dont buy these type of products in online.i received damaged product because of transportation.Most of the parts are broken.

Thanks to Kent, Now my family doesn't have to be dependent on those Packaged water containers. One thing to say here is that the outlet pipe often stops doing its work if left immersed in water for long. (I vent the outlet pipe in a bucket where the waste water is stored.) For people using this product, just give a little jerk to the pipe & it will start working fine. It is because of simple law of physics i.e. difference in atmospheric pressure.

It is zero water wastage purifier , nothing like a rocket science but a mechanical genius for sure , I mean only one of its kind among RO purifiers , want to congratulate designers for a brilliant design.

Works perfectly. The waste water storage of 9 litres can be used for mopping, gardening, etc. While all other purifiers reject all of the waste water, this one lets you utilise atleast a part of it.Delivered and installed within 5 days. Hassle-free purchase.The product was fulfilled by Amazon, so the installation request is initiated by them. The KENT service guy suggested to install an extra filter which cost 1300 INR.

Pure for sure. Best part of this particular model is the waste water storage.
