I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery people opened the box and showed me all parts [intact] and then only they took money for the COD order. This policy has brought the shopping mall into your house and you get the goods at the best price. What else can one ask for?

It is a classy micro which adds beauty to my kitchen and delivers a lot of value, though I am still exploring its many facets. As usual, flipkart delivered it on the second day of placing the order which added to my delight.

Good product & worth buying

Let me start with flipkart. Flipkart as usual delivered the product in time & packing was good. But I had tough time for demo from LG.i had to wait 3days for demo & finally Demo happened after I agreed to pay the demo charges.LG doesn't entertain free demo for the product purchased from online retailers.this is what LG said....so flipkart should remove the term "demo free of cost".... But product is good & worth buying.lot of options in cooking.we have tried lot of dishes like cake,paneer tikka,samosa,biriyani,idli.all came good.so satisfied with product except the demo part. Also got a free microwave kit with it :)

An unfortunate decision to purchase a Microwave Oven from flipkart. The delivery and packaging was fast and good as usual. I got the product on 28th April,2015. And when i purchased the product it said the demo and installation will happen within 48 hours. Its been 9 days now and no call and no microwaving. Numerous calls to flipkart customer service and all i got was well scripted lies up on lies. I am thinking of the option to return the product now. I would think twice before purchasing anything from Flipkart .

I find this surprising that the product i want is not available with any seller at 700043. ie. at Kolkata. Though I have bought many product in the past and such a condition have never arised in the past. can I know what is the reason that the product cannot be delivered at my address
