The microwave is VERY good. I surveyed a lot before purchasing this product. If you are a family of 4 and above and use the microwave on a daily basis for a variety of reasons like baking, grilling and reheating, go for this.

I used LG Oven for last 10 years. Now that got damaged due to voltage fluctuation. Hence I bought LG MC3283AG 32L . Good to have for a mid size family. Almost all the features are there. I got it delivered in ONE DAY and INSTALLATION was planned by flipkart without followups. I got it installed next day of delivery. So no issues on delivery and installations. Cost wise its cheaper while comparing to market rates. Overall its a nice experience.

Its one of the finest product in the market today in Microwave segment. All the features are world class. Making cake in this is a cake walk. We are loving it.

I am using it from past 3 months and it has become the most helpful appliance in my kitchen. Very easy to operate & maintain.

Excellent product.

Does the job well. Not over complicated. Can easily fit a turkey, thanks to it's large capacity. Shipping time was just 2 days.The plastics at certain areas feel a little overlooked. But overall built is fantastic, like a tank!

i had bought this product from flipkart. its 7 days already while i am writing this review to response fromLG and Flipkart regarding installation and Demo.with continous follow up no proper response saying will contact within 4 hours.i hv lost my faith in flipkart .

Flipkart is worst in delivering the product. It was delivered a month later which was damaged too. Very poor in service, there is no proper response regarding the issue . The kit provided was broken and the oven seems to be used one with scratches. Till date there is no proper response, nearly 2 months. Poor service

I bought this expensive microwave just 15 days back. It stopped working in just 15 days though we used it very sparingly. LG support person who came here said that front panel is defective. He also said that there is an existing court case going on against Flipkart and LG for selling defective microwaves. Its really shocking to see that such a big names sell defective items. No quality checks in place. This is not isolated incident. I got my bother also purchased with me and even that is not working. With wonderful online experience in US, I had very high hopes about these retailers but looks like I was so wrong. Neither I will buy nor I will recommend anyone to buy online and particularly from this seller.

I bought this LG microwave oven and the delivery person told that do not open this product untill the LG team comes for installation, otherwise you will lose the warranty. As per him,the installation was supposed to be done within 48 hours. After 48 hours, when no one turned up, I called the customer care and they said we are not responsible for products from LG. You need to call to the LG customer care in order to have warranty entact. Even after several calls no one came for installation. However, the product is good or I would say aswesome, but I suggest do not buy it from Flipkart.

I am very upset with the service provided by WS Retail and Flipkart where they delayed LG MC3283AG 32 L Convection Microwave Oven delivery and then cancelled the delivery without taking my consent. My address and contact details on the invoice were wrong. When came to know about the issue I informed customer care but they declined to either change the address. Instead they gave me the field delivery agent number and asked me to collect such a bulky item as a microwave item from my old address. When I called field agent he said he is coming then he said he will deliver the oven tomorrow. But now when I saw my mail the order is cancelled without even taking my consent. This oven I had booked during the Diwali season for my wife now not only my wife is upset I am also left frustrated with such an experience. I was a regular customer of flipkart and had done many high valued purchases from flipkart. But this experience has left me frustrated and raises question if I should be buying consumer durables via online shopping sites like flipkart. I will give 0 start if option given.

i ordered LG MC3283AG 32 L Convection Microwave Oven in 12.11.2015. i received it after 10 days and for demo they came after 15-20 days. and they dont know about demonstration also. i have used it 3-4 times and that too 1min everytime. today i.e., 23.01.2016 when i am using this suddenly smoke and fire came inside the oven. Flipkart sold me defective product without any checking and everyone at home are disappointed with this incident happened today. i strongly donot recommend these type of products to buy on flipkart.

Worst service! The assigned person for installation simply doesn't bother. Stay away from this seller.

LG gives really pathetic service.If some part stops working they refuse to repair it.They ask you to go to local NON LG repair shop.LG makes its parts obsolete every 2-3 years so that you would be forced to buy new model.My LG microwave stopped working within 4 years and now LG is refusing to repair it.They won?t even take my complaint.I will never buy an LG product again.MY fridge is LG too and it is also starting to come apart.It?s internal cheap quality parts keep breaking and I have to keep buying new one.Really un-trustable company.
