the oven was delivered on time as promised. in good condition. well packed and delivered with care. they also gave a free gift in addition. the item is superb. family size. emi option. product has micro, grill and convection. so many different types of functionality. very intuitive in its ease of use. physically also the buttons feels premium and the looks is elegant . all in all . in a days use it is good... am hoping that it works well in future also

Received the product before before time. Flipkart is Amazing. The Product was well packed and got the Demo from LG the next day. Will suggest to buy this model if you have a Big Kitchen else 28 Litres will be fine. Yet to cook more items to give a feedback. Flipkart Service is Awesome.

Installation & Demo not yet happened even after a week of purchase, feed up of calling flipkart and LG call centers. Initially flipkart informed they will do the follow up after 5 days now they asking me to directly contact LG customer care. After this experience looks like one should prefer purchasing from retail stores. I recently bought LG washing machine from retail stores and installation + demo happened within a day.

I loved this microwave. Its a nice one and solved all the multi purpose. Quite a bigger one. Good value for money.

Nice product. Value for money. Milk pasteurisation is one good feature. User manual is very good guide for new users.

I bought this oven from a retailer a few days ago and it's really good. So far I have made many dishes using Microwave and grill mode and they all came out to be perfect. The accesories that came along with the oven are sufficient for normal cooking. I am soon going to make bread in this oven.

I didn't buy this oven from Amazon. I am just writing about the product.I have been using this oven for the past 2 weeks and I am quite impressed.32 L is good enough to cook meals for a family of 6. There are various presets for cooking food and they all work really well.So far my experience has been really good.Buy it before 30 Nov, 2015 to get 2 more years of extended warranty for free.

The product was delivered exactly as per the schedule, really appreciate the commitment but there were some misleads, This product was supposed to come with free demo from LG, but when i called customer care of LG, they said products purchased from flipkart is chargeable which is annoying, Dont know what to do? Ofcourse Im yet to use the product.

It is working very well. We have tried to cook mutton using this but didn't come out well. Others were fine.

The product is best in market as compared to Samsung and IFB in same range. IT has milk pasteurizing, diet fry option too. Using this is easy and it comes with help book, cook book, and a free cooking training in nearest LG showroom. Bought it using multiple offers. Costs around 14k. Comes with a free cookware kit from LG. Comes with grill and milk accessories. Delivered in time. Found that handle of the lid of idli maker was broken. Asked support for replacement. They denied replacement since it is freebie. They offered Rs 300/- credit back to my FK wallet which I accepted since there were no other options. LG demo is not free because you are buying it from FK which is not authorized dealer of LG. They charged Rs 300/- for 45 min demo. And gave LG stamped receipt for the same. There is also a confusion about warranty of products bought from FK. Giving only 4 stars because of: warranty, demo, broken lid

Recently purchased this product from Flipkart. Delivery was done on scheduled time. but then there was no one to install the product . Even after calling Flipkart customer care so many times regarding installation and demo no one reverted. I have to pay and get it installed myself by paying Rs - 1000/- to a local technician. Only god knows about the after sale warranty service. God bless the Flipkart customers. Very poor services no one should by this product.

I had ordered this on 7th of June. I got this delivered sooner than the expected delivery date and was happy to know that it is home. As per the info on the product details page demo/installation will be done in 1-2 days. I waited patiently to have this product ready to start baking. unexpectedly my demo did not get scheduled and i kept calling the flipkart customer care. They kept on promising me that it will be done in next 24 hrs. How many times an individual calls a customer care repeating the same story? after 3-4 days of waiting someone called me asking me to call LG customer care for the demo. Seriously ! should we do that? dammit its not my job. You have to schedule a demo and not me. Is dis a way you satisfy ur customers? I have some other job as well ..i cannot keep calling you guys for every now and then asking for the update. Now i dont need your demo.. i will make sure i will not order any product from your site

1. The Jeeves Demo people are the most untrained technicians who turn up after 2 weeks of product delivery for demo. 2. On demo the product starts burning from Inside! Very Horrible service & product..

very worst experience got wrong product and if any 1 want such product i can give that at free of cost really! really! worst.online is totally depend on trust but this is not worth trust and worth any single penny.

After paying the money....they told its getting delayed due to logistics....after so many days now the seller calls and ask to cancel the order.....since they don't have any in stock.

LG gives really pathetic service.If some part stops working they refuse to repair it.They ask you to go to local NON LG repair shop.LG makes its parts obsolete every 2-3 years so that you would be forced to buy new model.My LG microwave stopped working within 4 years and now LG is refusing to repair it.They won?t even take my complaint.I will never buy an LG product again.MY fridge is LG too and it is also starting to come apart.It?s internal cheap quality parts keep breaking and I have to keep buying new one.Really un-trustable company.
