As usual flipkart was excellent with delivery and packaging as well.. Its been 1 week since i got this and we have made 4pizzas and baked lemon cake.. Awesome functioning so far. Can't complain.

This model and MC3283FMPG are exactly the same. Only the color is black in this and the other is red. this has rotissery, high and low rack, backing tawa and a starter kit. Flipkart delivered it fast and in best condition. LG brand as kept up the promise. Have been using it for 4 weeks now. works like a charm.

We have used this product for a week and already tried out Chocolate & Banana Cakes, Pizzas, Biscuits and baked Samosas and they all turned out to be awesome. The product is super easy to use on all the 3 modes - Microwave, Grill and Convection are all super easy to use. The large cavity of 32 lts makes it very convenient to cook large portions too. The delivery was perfect and the person came down and installed the next day. Its a must have if you are keen on baking and also want a good grille and microwave thrown in. Highly recommended.

Excellent product by LG, fast delivery, demo & commissioning by LG service. Seller response is very good and got frequent communication before delilvery.

I liked LGMC3283PMPG 32L convention microwave oven but I feel the price is too high I want you to less the price because you say there is no exchange in our location and I need EMI too Thankyou

after using it for long time this is not as good as an oven should be....for each and every single recipe you should have to follow its recipe book or else recipe gonna worse..i have tried lots of recipes only half of them cooked well rest was nt !! so i am not leaving a negative review but its too limited even in this cost !

The turntable motor stopped functioning after a couple of days. no warranty support from the seller or flipkart. Any equipment sold is always backed by service and demonstration by an OEM. However, after several confirmations by call and sms from Flipkart, the demo never happened and hence 1 star to Flipkart. Not sure if Fliokart takes this seriously but a unit sold at a discount and never serviced by LG raises a doubt if the warranty is valid? Who would take care of service in case there are any issues at a later date? Not worth buying high value items from Flipkart. Vivek sales who had delivered the product have been calling up several times for replacement of a faulty part. However, they do not deliver the part but make false promises. Appreciate Flipkart for several followups to the vendor but the vendor is not trustworthy. Would not recommend items being purchased from Viveks.

I got a damaged product. I requested for replacement/refund but till now more than a week past no response from flipkart.

Wonderful Flipkart website. All required info available. I ordered the MW for my parents. When delivered, they found it to be too big for the kitchen. I requested the Customer service to replace it with a smaller MW model. It is against policy and hence, request denied. Replacement is possible only with exactly the same MW model. I urged that I do not want a refund of balance money, if they replace the MW with a smaller (& cheaper) one. It is also not possible as it is against policy. Though I understand the constraints of policy, I had a very bad experience as a customer. An offline seller, would have accommodated such request. I don't think I would buy large appliances online now. A few 1000s saved on online deals are not worth when the shopping experience deviate a linear path!.
