The microwave is very easy o use and pre defined settings will allow you to cook anything on the menu provided with the product.

Bought it with big billion sale, though there isnt much difference in the price though :P anyway, liking the product as of now.

As usually Flipkart delivered the product on time. All the features of the product working as expected. Easy to operate even without any knowledge. We didn't use the Grill feature yet,

Been using it for over a year or so. No issues. Does its job as a microwave. We have used the grill to reheat piZza.

Was looking for a 20L microwave oven with grill and zeroed in on this (Over Samsung) and have to say it's pretty good, at least with 2 months usage. Pros: - Has an anti bacterial cavity - Option to switch between Micro to Grill to Micro+Grill combination mode - The micro power level can be controlled. You can set the power level to 100% (700W), 80%(560W), 60% (420W), 40%(280W) and 20% (140W) - Option to Steam clean the Cavity - Mechanical door control, no buttons to open/close door. This will be more durable - 52 Indian auto cook options - Apart from the glass tray and high rack, you will also get a free microwave cookware start-up kit worth 1799 that includes two Micro Chef (2.2 Lit and 1.5 Lit), Flat spatula, Idli Stand, Roti Chef and measuring cup. - Looks good (Although the color is different from what is shown in the pic. It's completely black with 2 silver stripes in the front) - You will also get a cook book and 3 free microwave cookery class coupons (for those interested). Cons: - Pretty loud when the micro wave is turned on. - The buttons are not very responsive, especially the numerical buttons. You have to press it in the right angle, else it will not detect it. - The warranty card will not be signed and sealed by Flipkart, even if you request them to do so (This is coz they have to open the package to do so). So you'll have to rely on the invoice when claiming warranty, even though LG clearly says warranty might be void if the warranty card is not sealed by the dealer. Flipkart should address this issue for online purchases of electronic equipment. - Flipkart will not arrange for a demo, you have to call LG customer care personally if you want a demo. Although the demo is not really required, the howto guide book is pretty detailed. Overall a great product if you are looking for a microwave with Grill in 20L category.

Flipkart delivered it right on time and also the LG person came for demo. It is very simple to use. So far I have tried grilled chicken , chocolate cake , rice , curry and I found it very easy to use as it has auto cook menu with it. However, if you are looking for more features you can check for convention oven with little more added values.

I was given the option to select a comfortable delivery time frame. delivered on that particular day. the delivery opted to open the product and show before receiving the payment. Demo was assured within 48 hours. but the person didnt come. We had to call flipkart and lodge a complaint. The DEMO GUY CAME ONLY AFTER 4 DAYS. HENCE THE 4 STAR ONLY. Product was good.

Convection mode is not available. How to use the combination mode for baking?

I did not had a chance to try the product as I sent it as gift for my mother. Flipkart claimed that a free demo will be provided. But when we called up dealer, they said, we need to pay. Moreover, when I mailed flipkart team, they did not provide any proper response. Did not hear from them on incident id: 150502-087656 Poor service and in meeting customer satisfaction!! I guess increasing brand value of Flipkart has started diminishing the importance of customer delight for them.

No demo arranged till date Will you let me know when it will be arranged as I have no idea yet Who is going to arrange? Whether the nearest service center and how will they know?

if you order electronics online in flipkart once you receive the shipment its your headache to request for installation and demo. I ordered the product LG MH2046HB 20L there is no seal and signature of the seller in the warranty card and if you try to request for installation and demo no response form LG or from flipkart. Unless you are aware about the product you cant use the product further. Not sure about the warranty as there is no seal and signature of the seller in the warranty card.
