Inatially after using one week it has got problem that heating controlling fan some manufacturing defect and it has repaired by Lg service personel.now it is woking there is no problem.

The recipe book is not written very well otherwise the product is excellent. The LG has to work more on the recipe book. In some recipes, low rack and high rack both are mentioned but the use of racks is not shown clearly in many recipes.

Very good product. Just take care while using MWS plastic bowls. They can't be used for more than 5 minutes on high temperature setting in micro mode. (Should not be used in grill and convention mode).

After doing lot of research about which microwave oven to buy, I ended up finding LG to be best with features not offered by other brands i.e charcoal heater, diet fry, making ghee. I received the complete package. And, cooked veg pulow and butter chicken using the given food recipe manual, I am enjoying the taste. Thanks to LG and Amazon :-)

Good product with lot of user friendly features and quite simple to use although I had to watch you tube videos for demo as demo given by LG technician Mr.Tiwari was very pathetic and incompetent.Please note that starter kit is not included in this.I got this with Citibank offer for 17000 which is the median price for this product.Dont pay more.It looks good and feels sturdy to use.

 Go for this one, especially if you're a non veg lover. For sub-16k, you get an all-in-one oven with rotisserie. Easy to use, good number of auto cook recipes.
