The product was well packed and brand new .The price as lowest as compared to other site and show room here in pune . we have got a discount of 22% from flipkart.The product has lot a features which we have to explore the best feature is the charcoal light that is awesome.

LG MJ3283BCG 32 L Convection Microwave Oven: The best MIcrowave oven available in the market today with all the functions available. (Micro / Convection / Rotisseri / Combi). FlipKart / HAPCUS: Flipkart offered the best price available in the market, ~3000rs less than what you get in dealer. HAPCUS (Bangalore) was the flipkart partner that delivered the product to my home in 2 days post the ordered was placed. The product was delivered brand new (sealed box piece) with all accessories promised by flipkart in good / new working condition. HAPCUS customer support followed up and got the installation / demo done in 2 days by LG Customer support engineer. Since I had already got the product in a discounted price, i even took the advanced maintenance contract for another 3 years with the amount that i had saved. So the product is good for next 4 years for all the electrical and electronic parts except glass / metallic chasis. So far the product seems to be functioning with basic cooking that we tried, in evening planning to try the rotisseri / convection cooking.. Kudos to LG / Flipkart / HAPCUS for over all quality / customer service.

no starter kit with this product and flipkart is not listninig on this............................. ..........................................................................it took time but issue resolved.

Next day Demo and installation.We were looking for a 26L-28L multi-mode convection oven - changed our mind after seeing the features on this one.The Microwave is great for varied cooking needs. One can cook pretty much anything with the right accessories. Good investment. Auto-cook menu is large and versatile. The charcoal cooks food faster. Accessories are useful - no glass bowl or tray though.Great buy if you are looking for a multi-purpose oven and are interested in exploring with new recipes all the time.

Item as described. Has many functions like charcoal and grill cooking. One of the best microwave. I have had no issues this product works like a charm. Would highly recommend it to others. This product may be a bit higher on the price side but the performance is simply superb. I did a lot of research before finally selecting this oven and I do not regret my decision. I am 100% satisfied with this product. Would highly recommend it to others.

It seems an excellent product so far ...the machine works above expectations...very much high end .. however I also realized that Flipkart sends their own engineer through dealers who does not belong to LG during demonstration/installation ... this can be a potential risk for the consumer as LG can demand the product as fake during warranty service ...

Pretty much liked the product, however, it is of a very big size and our kitchen is not that spacious. I tried Lanchha paratha and crispy bread. It takes little long time in heating the food. Lanchha paratha was very crispy and cooks faster than the default time setting in auto cook. it is easy to operate as you can see the settings displayed. will get back after trying cake and murg tandoori.

Was looking for a an all in one combo of oven, grill and microwave when I chanced upon this 3 months ago. Just the perfect size - comes with a recipe book for 300 recipes and its super easy to use (have used the oven once and use the microwave feature every day!) Comes with a lot of freebies from LG in a big box! If you have a space constraint in your kitchen and want one less appliance - go for this. You will not regret it.

Awesome product from LG but I received damaged product packing and a big dent on left side top body of the microwave. Disappointed with packing and handling.

Got it in a Damaged condition... Was picked Up immediately and refund given within 72 Hrs....Went and bought one from the Lg Showroom... Was Cheaper tooNow using it for one month and an excellent buy if you love to cook and experiment..... Too expensive if you just want to heat your food....

want to buy this product based on the reviews . but flipkart not delivering this model to bangalore region . some offers available only for HDFC cards but not other cards like icici and sbi.. wish flipkart extends the discount to this other cards users as well

Not worth to buy...cabin started rusting within 18 months though usage was with care...
