The Highlights section states that a Starter Kit is there but since it is not mentioned in the "In the Box" section - the Starter Kit is not provided. Am not sure how Flipkart can provide inconsistent information on their page - not at all reliable. It is misleading the consumer by providing something in the Highlights section and then not sending it across and then using the excuse that its not there in "In the Box" section. Bare minimum Flipkart should fix the Highlights section to remove the mention of a Starter Kit to avoid confusion in future. I would suggest to stay away from Flipkart for big purchases as I do not know where else the Highlights section PROMISES MORE BUT DELIVERS LESS.

Within 2 months the microwave needed a repair. It would work on the convection mode. Despite of requesting a replacement LG was persistent on repair. I dont find it worth to spend 23k on a microwave that would give up within 2 months.

I bought this microwave in 2016. Since then the touch screen has been replaced four times. It goes bad every 6-8 months. Whenever it is unserviceable the process of booking complaint and getting it repaired takes 3-4 days. In addition to this harassment, Rs 1500/- is approx expenditure each time.
