The oven is really classy looking and well built. The single dial may not be appreciated by the people who had earlier been habituated to plethora of buttons on other microwave ovens. But the programs menu is quite intuitive and easy to use with dial for selection of various programs. it may take a little time to get used to it otherwise I love the new features and clean design. The turn table is stable as advertised and 36cm in diameter which can accommodate bigger dishes. The touch buttons are responsive. The power levels for this oven are bumped up it seems as the food is getting cooked a bit earlier than it used to in other ovens. As it incorporates inverter technology, the product will be energy efficient. The auto cook feature does really help and the dishes are turning out to be good. Though it may be on the higher side of the price band but hey you will get what you pay for and you wont be disappointed with this oven. Happy cooking:)

This product is a premium Microwave with Smart Inverter which is good for your kitchen needs. The auto cook function is a bit tricky because you need to know the code of each recepie to use it from the booklet which comes with the product. Fucntions are plenty and you will get some utensils which can be used for cooking various dishes. Overall its a good product.

The turntable device is missing

Auto recipe which is the highlight of this product does not work as per the manual. Please refrain from buying this product.LG's customer service also refused to give the right manual. They do not even are ready to provide a demo about how to use it the right way.

Bought this microwave in July 2019, it stared having issues in Feb 2020even after multiple complaints till date ie June 2020 the unit has not been repairedby the service center.Please dont buy this model as it is imported and spares are not available.

Too much high price.

I bought this product in Jan 2019 in Chennai. Sparingly used and mostly to reheat food.In sep 2019 it suddenly stopped warming food, so called their service centre guy in Adambakkam who was lethargic in their response and after couple of days checked it and said coil is gone needs to be replaced. As it's within warranty period he brought a coil after 10 days and then a burnt out smell came. The technician said the board has shorted out and needs replacing.Such a horrible product and sloppy service.
