It is an excellent product with fine stainless steel cavity. Worth the price. Excellent finish in all respects. I strongly recommend this product. "Convection" use and "Pre-heat function" should be read carefully and understood. Even for grilling preferably micro-oven proof plates and not the stand should be used. Such extra items are supplied with the Oven; more available in market. C.Ranganathan

I am a great fan of LG products...I am using LG refrigerator from last 15years without any worry!!Last year we bought LG washing machine,it had one minor problem, but we got a really very good response from the LG service centre and immediately they fixed it. So when we were looking for a microwave I told my husband I would like prefer only LG ☝This is awesome product !
