I?m a regular customer of this product. Mine is oily scalp and this shampoo perfectly cleanses the hair and leaves it soft and smooth, no dryness after wash. Effective for dandruff control as well. Perfume is very mild perfect for people who are sensitive to fragrance. After shampooing I apply L?Oréal professional Liss control cream for more perfection

It is decent but at the price point i expected much better , i suffer from oily scalp and wanted something which can keep the oil away for 4-5 days, as i said this does a decent job of keeping oil at bay for 2-3 days but no more. Smell is decent and lingers for a while.

It deep cleans the oily scalp, leaving it refreshing.Drawback - Hairfall

NICE SHAMPOOVERY LIGHT FRAGRANCE

I have been a loyal user of this shampoo for so long. It was perfect for a person like me who applies oil before shampooing and resides in a hard water area. With the changed formula I am no longer able to get the oil out of my hair. I end up using a lot of product which defeats the whole purpose. Cant use it without oil as it becomes too drying. Doesn't work in hard water area that well. In a nutshell this shampoo is lying unused and I have to begin my hunt for the perfect shampoo again.

Yes the shampoo is good but it dint reduce my oily ness of my scalp I actually was using for that purpose itself .... but it help me....

This dried my hair n made them liked charged up everytime. Dunn like it on my smoothening hair...

Doesn't do what it says... Doesn't help in oil control... normal shampoos we get in the market seem to be better than this.nothing so special to spend around rs.600.

The seal is broken and lots of transparent tape is stuck on it. The shampoo is diluted. Very disappointing purchase

RETURN or REPLACEMENT POLICY NOT AVAILABLE. Seal was broken, i am not sure if the genuine product is delivered or not.

I used 3 rupees dove packet. The result is better than this shampoo.

This is not good product overall...Plz go with other if you want better result

Hair get dry and i loose volume after wash

Terrible !!! I bought it from loreal certified saloon and online too. Without oiling my hair it makea my hair dry like broom. When I oil my scalp and hair it fails to remove oil even in 3 washes which even a Clinic Plus removes decently ..!I would love if Loreal sees my review , waste of my 700 !!0 stars .

Either this shampoo is not original, and if it is then it's useless..Makes hair sooooo dry... My hair are silky soft straight... I ordered this for hard water residue thing.... But it dries up the scalp n hair so much that your hair is full of tangles... Cannot do without a conditioner... Wasted money... L'oreal product making hair so dryyyy.... Unbelievable.... Total waste.... It says it has vitamin e oil... No way vitamin e will dry your hair... Thoroughly disappointed... Waste of money ..used it once... Will never use it again....
