Do not buy it, it is waste of money. It has stopped working with in two days of purchase. No technicians have attended so far. It is cheap local made product.

its not charging battery. I raised complaint on 22 of last month but no update so far from Luminous. Dont purchase Luminous as for any problem if you contact customer care who always says that they have escalated your case and they will share some technician numbers which are always switched off. So better go for any other brand.

No backup. The inverter which i have received hardly gives 30 minutes of backup, that too on minimum load. And i did not receive any Luminous Bill copy so that i can issue any complaint. Please do not buy any luminous product online.

Totally wasteful productOutput voltage is very low .fan running speed very slow.

Very bad experience with this products. If it run on low consumption get automatically convert to eco mode and lights got switch off. No engg from company could satisfy me on this issue.
