Received this one in good condition , leght & handy

Till now I am not satisfied, I was given a defective unit, which was repaired by you on complain, on installation I found that it's non working when electricity was off, now I have lodged a complain. This really painful. Please look into the matter.

it does not work as described

Not functioning properly. Works even on very low voltage upto 100 volts, giving the same output, and therefore affecting all equipment, instead of having a cut-off at low voltage.
