One month after usage I am saying abt this, product & service-installation is very good, only thing UV doesn't work wen no power is there since UV available post tank & Jus b4 the faucet. Rest all good water tastes good, soft, & warm since copper tank.

Excellent machine with removable copper water tank. Best part is that the UV is at the water outlet so we get bacteria free water every time.

Bodh Gaya - Since Apr 30, 2019 - Oct 10, 2020 more than 6 times water purifier repaired. Not realiable, very costly. Solenoid Valve always having problem.

I bought this product 9 months back. Within 6 months of purchase I started facing problem. 1) After raising the complaint, one executive came and said, soft Spong needs to be replaced (350/-) extra and apparently thatshould be replaced every two months 2) the problem persisted, complained again to the customer care, the executive came again and said he need to replace another part, and took about 2-3 weeks to replace. 3) the problem persisted, called the customer care again, the executive came over again and said another part needs to be replaced, 2-3 weeks passed by and part was replaced. 4) Problem is still persisting, and after this, how many times I called customer care is countless and and escalated it to higher levels.....the saga is ongoing. It's been 3 months now and the purifier is still not fully repaired. If anyone still wants to buy this product, GOD BLESS YOU!
