Got the product just yesterday... Let me try to post a full review... Detailed review will post after it for atleast 3 months.. Delivery - Flipkart handled it perfectly and product delivered in best condition.. Price - Got this fabulous oven at only Rs.3499 Looks - Awesome looks, Upper body in Black matte finish, front door is a reflective glass, Opaque door not a transparent one... Cord Cable Length - Cable Cord is really lengthy enough to reach to the switch board. Really good quality of the cord and the 3 pin switch is also that of 16AMP quality....tough and durable... Installation - Yet not done...expecting a Mitashi Engineer to call me...in a day or two... Food Cooking Menu - Not available like the ones on IFB. This is pathetic as far as Mitashi is concerned...you guys should have a Cooking Menu code sticked on the upper part...that makes things easier... Food Cooking Manual - Not available, only a general help booklet is available... Inside the package - Oven itslef, One Glass Tray, Stand beneath it, One grill. This is something where IFB excels... they give lots of free stuff... Used - Not used till now, this section will update later... I rated this at 5 Star since I got it at Rs.3499. I would rate it 4 Star at normal market price... But Mitashi guys, you have got to improve in the following areas..if you want to win in the Microwave Market.. 1) Provide a cook menu on top of the oven 2) Provide a full fledge cooking booklet 3) Upload How to Use videos of your Oven on youtube...there is not a single out there... that's frustrating...look at what your competition is doing.. Your product is awesome, looks fantabulous...just add the above you guys will win the share... Want to hire me...for such amazing ideas...then email me... :) Hope the review is helpful for all the future buyers of this Brand...

Mitashi Really Amazing Products below 10k.. working Grill and convection Heating perfectly. I m not perfect User Microwave but it's not so hard.its easy. Installation Demo pending. Currently I use and work Great.... long time to see Mitashi Products . Quality Good. Thnx.

best oven for small family

Recently got the product during offer, people came for demo but they actually not aware of the product , they just instructed how to on the oven, but using the booklet given by them and also with the help of the you tube tried few items everything came out well. Product is good but we suggest the brand to have good executives who is capable of handling the demo service. For product i will give 4 star. if anybody need any assistance can contact me.

The product is good, but it's very tough to use. too much noise is getting created while using.

pls dont buy the product as there is no service after sale i think i have been cheated as the product has no service when it is faulty and customer care does not take any action
