Bad service from flipkart and didnt receive plastic pots along with oven as described in a product features.....very dissappointed

No one comes for demo of this product. The demo and installation has been given to Bajaj and they keep calling but when you give them a date and time then no one comes for demo of the product. Product of Morphy Richards is good. We managed to install and learn how to use it ourselves.

the grill function isn't enough that is the heater coil is less than pricey models so it does not help in cooking tandooris in combi mode.and also in combi mode the grill doesn't have settings to give 100% power or as desired by user.if i have known such issues & have physically seen the product i would have opted for solo or pricey model where i acan cook with ease.flipkart service & delivery was good although they missed the time slot for delivery.the pricing of the product was bit pricey by 5% than other sites.has 2 yrs warranty & service by bajaj.will advise buyers to go for solo or pricey models instead of buying this one.

I did not get the bowls, as per the Add flip-cart have clearly mentioned about providing Microwave bowls but we did not received, very disappointed.

Very bad customer service representative I want to return this product and buy another one but customer service representative says that they can't return or replace this product.i am very disappointed with the customer service representative.plzzzz don't buy any product from this site if you don't want to be become fool.

The most worst product I have purchased from Flipkart. my product was delivered with in the time. but the installation and Demo was not done. The morphy Richards is the most worst brand, even though contacted directly to morphy Richards but not even responded a single time. after a very long follow up from Flipkart. Flipkart behaved very irresponsible atlast. very horrible experience. till now my complaint is not resolved. but the Flipkart has closed the issue. I give 0 rating for this.
