It is a good oven

i have used this device for a very long time and in fact have 2 of these. one of the best counter top otg's you can get in the market.

So I am writing my review after 10 days of using it.It delivered in good condition....was very happy to see it...it functioned well but there was initial problem with door which prolonged. It was difficult to open door once oven is hot..n today we were using it...again door stuck ...we tried to pull it and....boom...door break down in to thousands of pieces all over on floor...it was made up of fragile glass...we are left with handle only..do not know what to do...?

The temperature switch is in place of 250 is 200 c in marking. They are not responding for demo.they came after 5 calls unwillilingly.

Compare to shops, the build quality is poor.. received one corner bended. Door does not close properly. Also there is only one time replacement policy. No assurance that second time it will be delivered flawless. With all these conditions I regret to buy this oven.

issue with the heating.. always requers almost double the time to get cooked. if the instruction says 45 mins, then by that time it will be half cooked only.. not satisfied with this.. it is doing its job, but takes tooooo much of time to get cooked.. also it expose too much heat around the otg while cooking.. its creepy..

The product was delivered in a very damaged condition and replacement request was made same day. After a week, a tiny packet was delivered as replacement with a label of the Oven description to my total surprise. Hence it was rejected . Flipkart had been keeping quiet for a week on the subject . Again when I called Customer care today, the rep told bluntly that no replacement available and unable to give any date for replacement. Instead he insisted on refund if I return the product. It's ridiculous and the quality of the service is as bad as the product supplied. Why flipkart is not taking up strongly on the lethargy and bad service done by the vendor?? Why flipkart is making the Customer to feel so horribly bad?? Pl help.

item is not as described .wrong measurements mentioned by seller. ultimately customer suffer and waste of time.
