  The look, feel and taste is just not what you would expect from an organic dal for which you are paying a premium. The details such as manufacturing date, price, etc are pasted using a printed sticker. The packaging is below average. I didn't find the taste any good either. Best to stick with the regular established organic brands like 24 Mantra and Down to Earth. Problem is Amazon has almost stopped stocking those brands under Prime and mostly selling them from Pantry
