Received it on 23rd Apr start consuming it from 24th today it's 2nd of June and only 3-4 servings left hardly.It's pretty clear that its quantity was not as mentioned. Now if 25gms would be missing outta 100gms of product it's a bit of concern. 2-3 serving missing ok no problem but missing around 10 serving is really very disappointing.

Good product, but the bottle is too small and the silica gel is too big which makes scooping out very difficult, remove the gel and the powder catches humidity

it works .. can see my veins get big on my arms and hands while working out ... this proves the increase in blood flow to the muscles .. its a better pre-workout compared to others in the market.. it's easy in the stomach,doesn't acuse bloating because of no caffeine in it ... overall safe and best to use...

Cheap n best a best too have with coffee as a pre workout will keep it stamina strength n endurance up thought ur workout regime fr d day. Comes with a scoop too.

I'd suggest adding 1 scoop to your pre-workout beverage and 1 scoop to your intra-workout drink. I have noticed it works better that way. Good product.

Most people don't even know how to take this correctly and they end up having a bad experience. The taste is like having a whole lemon squeezed in your mouth but it's easy to get used to it, having used this for more than a year now it's a must have for pre workout. Take about 6-8g (3-4scoops) to see any difference. I have 6-8g of this with a 200mg caffeine pill. Trust me your workout will be awesome.

It's literally too sour, but when uhh see the results after 40-45 minutes during your workout uh will forget all those thing after see the pump
