I cut off my toe and had 3 shakes of this protein. Would you believe it? My toe did not grow back.. but my leg muscles are unbelievably better now. I recommend two shakes a day, one in the morning and one evening. Do not cut off any parts of your body because you will not regenerate like wolverine. Its just a muscle builder. It works.

It works indeed...my muscle weight increased to mass I didn't even imagine in just a month that's why I decided to stop taking it.... Otherwise if you're in a rush to gain bigger muscle weight I opt you go for this whey protein. Moreover, it tastes phenomenal as well.

Amzaing products , have be lifting weight since 8 years . One thing is pretty sure is about recovery. I have tased many international and domestic brands . I have tried various Whey proteins including ON and Muscletech (however, it's been a while since I had any of these). I wasn't much sure while buying this one, but upon seeing the ingredients and nutrient factors associated with this, I thought of giving it a try.Seems great! 150ml fresh milk+100ml water + 1 scoop powder = Great Taste, Proper Nutrients, Less Fat, More Protein. Totally worth it.If you are a beginner, do not think twice, before getting it. I will get another one after finishing this lot.
