Contents are very useful. Capsules are white and doesn't taste bad. Only problem is that after taking it sweat smells a little fishy but thats normal with carnitine. It will not give any results of you just take the tablet and doesn't workout. Remember, it only works if you workout hard.

Add it to your diet and always maintain your diet when your re consuming this capsule. Before workout it will help you a lot and also after workout meal or before sleeping. It helped me in reducing belly fat a lot and but also it decreases your muscle also a little bit. It makes you leaner and the only thing i disliked about this product that it doesn't directly affect your belly fat, your over all fat is reduced and belly fat comes last but results are better which makes you leaner over all.So i lost fat from body and also lost some muscle.In the end excellent product.
