I actually gained 5kg in the end! Obviously not all muscle. But it depends from person to person! It's good for people with a really high metabolism! Definitely do recommend it! But if you're a hardcore gymmer I'd suggest going for Whey rather than mass gainer! I'm no expert just a suggestion!

Dear, freinds this is my own personal review about the product.Its is best ever indian product giving gud result. It doesnt incresae ur tummy nd gives a lean muscular body, i not even gained weight but muscles also.If u face any stomach issue after using the product then just stop taking with milk.U can can take it with water nd if ur taking eggs u need to avoid the yellow portion.For best result use 45 min pre workout nd 1 hr after work out with egg white.Hope it will give u a gud resultThanks
