This product works well. Do not take 2 pills at once. You may feel giddy on high dosage. Take 1 pill 15 mins prior to gym. Make sure you have taken ur protein supplement at least 15 mins before the pill. This burns in the stomach. So better don't have it in empty stomach.

Good product for correct cost. You should take only 2 pills per day in initial stage, if you take more than 2 per day before your body adapt for this pills, you will face stomach issues and diarrhea.My personal instruction: Take 2 tablets per day, do cardio (running/cycling/VFX) minimum 45 minutes/per day and maintain diet (avoid carbs, fat foods, fried items, pani porri etc and take protein like white egg, chicken breast, whole grains, vegs and fruits).
