Good in taste. Soluble in water.Strengthens muscles.I had a problem of acne and constipation with other whey isolates.But this hydro one eliminates this issue. (one thing i do is i take this in water with an apple/ banana).I have consuming my second jar...

The amount of protein in this is much more then the one's i have used before. It says 30g per serving. The chocolate taste is not strong but tastes good. Just shake/stir it fast and drink it or they will form clusters of it and float on top. You don't wanna keep it aside after making it.

Have gotten back to gymming after almost 2 years. Decided to go for it as it's completely veg. Honestly find the results very encouraging.
