Effective, but once if u stop using it makes you fat... I mean back to NORMAL. Either you should increase the intensity of ur workout or have alternate protein intake it you want to stop using this. Taste is nice.

I will reccomend this product after trying it out.it is best isolate even from ON. When you compare price its the best product with maintaining quality of product.the quality of product is same as ON(optimum Nutritions). The main thing is protein content is also high per servings plus price is also less than ON.The taSte was better than ON, more chocolate.Better buy from healthcare. Where it will be coast 200 to 300 less or even more .
