Many reviews here are paid or sponsored by other brands. Mine is an honest one.1. It is absolutely soluble in cold milk. Take 30ml of cold milk, dissolve one scoop to make batter like consistency and pour rest milk.2. Taste is delicious. Almost like an ice cream in skimmed milk. Reviews with bad taste are absolutely wrong.3. It doesn't cause nausea or upset stomach if you use it as per your body requirements. I have used post workout and before sleep. It is so filling. If you are not working out enough, no prot supp would do good.

Zero added sugar and less than 1g of fat mixes well without lumping up check the amino acid profile incase some thing doesn't work well for you -Isoluecine -leucine -valine -lysine -methionine -phenylaline -Threoine -Tryptophan -Histidine -Arginine -Cysteine -Glycine -Proline -Tyrosine -EAA's -BCAA's -Glutamic Acid Overall very happy with the product and would buy it again.

Excellent product. Excellent. It is so great there are no fillers, additives. The taste is supreme. Having tried other whey products, not the least of which some costing almost twice as much.
