It is a good whey protein . But need to take care of one thing that not to drink it too fast .

With proper diet and muscle blaze whey protien, I got the required results within couple of months.I purchased the vanilla flavour. It tasted nice.With water it doesn't give that thick consistency but with milk it gives a creamy thick consistency.Wheather you take with water or milk, there is no much difference in the taste though.I would buy this product again.
