Started taking only a pill half an hour before my workouts in the evenings. You can easily feel more heat, sweat and calories being burnt.However, I faced some side effects which included a few red rashes on my cheeks.To counter that, I started using some home remedies but didn't stop taking the pills before my workouts. The rashes disappeared after a week as my body would have adapted to the effects.Post a month of taking a single dose, I now take one pill as soon as I wake up, and one in the evening as usual, and have lost 5 kgs since the start.You can give it a try, but my advice is to start with a single dose, see the effects and combine it with workouts for best results.Sitting at home and just taking the pills is going to give you nothing![UPDATE]I had posted the review a year and a half back. I had taken the pills for around 3 months and had lost around 15 Kgs. It is great for burning extra fat

Had been using it for 15 days and there is definitely performance improvement as the product promises but can't say about weight loss...( I didn't loose any).

Be Careful, I couldn't handle to take more than 1 tablet per day, although it recommends 3 tablets in a day, It gave me dizziness, fast heartbeat and sweat. So be careful and take as much as tablet your body can handle. But it works if you do proper workout and maintain diets.

Aarti Chopra, you even didn't tried to loose weight dear. It works good and awesome.with a heavy exercise and you just didn't do anything. You can loose more on the given time and make your body leanAnd you only used it 50 days. And maybe you started being lazy and all so that's why it didn't worked for you.Try again aunty.
