  Even though it's not very affordable, I still prefer these multivitamins over other popular brands. I feel that this works well and does something good for the body. I use just 2 tabs per day, even though the serving size is 4 per day.I am not an athlete or someone who does heavy physical exercise. Hence, 2 to 3 tabs per day would be enough.. This multivitamin is meant to be used by athletes. Others dont need 4 tabs per day.

  It's a waste of money. I thought if they're charging a premium for the sheer quality of the product. It must be THAT good. But, after using this for a month.. I was utterly disappointed.
