  I have been using a KENT RO since 12 years or so, and one Eureka RO since few years. Both were due for maintenance and companies were asking around 3500 to fix or selling Rs 4500 AMC. I decided to look to buy new one, I saw this on Flipkart with Price of 7K, zero percent EMI, it was looking great but I didn't knew brand, I decided to buy it after I saw their ad on TV and realised that its from same company which makes OKaya & Microtek. Their engineer came next day and installed it. Overall experience is super nice. One of the filter is out of RO, though engineer said if we want, he can by pass that filter (its some filter which ads mineral) as we were not liking look of it as used to just one single unit... but we still installed it, water taste is good. Best thing I liked is their service even in small city like Kurukshetra, I was surprised to know that its company which is provided service (i.e. its not outsourced to some small vendor). I was surprised to see no review on this site, I hope this helps some people out there.

  Best RO u can get in India at present (Obviously it is inferior to Nasaka Minjet 12). It gives you 9 stages of purification which is not present in other company's product's. (at least not in this range).. Have been using it for past 1 year.. And it has not given any problems thus far.. Plus you get free maintenance service for upto 2 years..

  Received the item well in advance and informed to the manufacturer for installation. It was done on the next day by the service person and working well.
