  Phalsa is one of the summer fruit which has many benifits to help our body during the season. It's filled with Vitamin C, Carbohydrate & high in Sodium content hence, daily consumption of this can be more beneficial..Once I got to know about it's usefulness and the sweet n sour taste, was looking for it at the market. But couldn't find the fresh fruit so came accross this product which is a perfect substitute as this product is all organic & made with the freezed dried natural fruit. Also it's a non preservative product thus the nutrients content remain same as the fresh fruit. Even very easy to prepare as it comes in powder form. Simply mix the powder in chilled water to drink or you can make a cool mocktail using this.
