Onida MO20CES12B 20 L Convection Microwave Oven User Reviews and Ratings

This microwave has been worth the buck in terms of quality, design and performance. The demo representative (whom flipkart arranged on my behalf immediately post delivery) wasn't of much use so I resorted to reading the manual and it has been extremely easy since then. I purchased this from 'WS Retail' and got a free starter kit to begin with and my mom has found it extremely easy to use. 245 auto cook menus comprise of varied dishes although I don't think I would resort to using them since nobody actually makes the specified quantities and we go on to set our own procedure. Its been a week since I've purchased this and I've been completely satisfied with it. If you are looking for a micro+grill+convection, this is an awesome choice.

Got this product at best price. Happy with product performance. Flipkart had also arranged for product demo by Onida, I need not to call Onida.

This has all features that are required for home use. This is very cost effective and consume low electricity than any other. Compact with good look......I am happy.

It's been 3 years. I'm using twice a day. No problem till now. Good one.

The design and working is nice but customer service is worst.even for demo some other man appeared who wasn't knowing anything about black diamond model. They provided me kit from Samsung.On complaint they did not respond at there are 245 pre-set menus but no demo.so I am not able to use it.The booklet provided is worst .It would have been more attractive and explanatory.

They will just throw the product at your doorstep and won't care about installation and demo. I received multiple calls from Flipkart for installation schedule but no one showed up, pathetic !!!

Damaged oven

Product is good, but not satisfied with installation, kindly arrange some person for demo & installation.

Don't purchase Onida Microwave, it is worst product. If it run more than 30 min in high temperature, from inside burn smell will come & it will not work. It is my mistake to purchase Onida Microwave instead of LG, Samsumg or IFB. How flipkart can sell this kind of product ?

It won't grill or bake........only you can use as basic microvave Better don't go for cheap products......

I have been trying to get it installed from last 10 days and no luck. Worst experience ever. All they care is just to sell the product and no after sales service.

Don't buy ONIDA products, i bought through flipkart and now the problem is, as per ONIDA authorized service center they have stopped all touch models, mine is touch model ovan and having problem in key pad, but authorized service center is saying i have to through the product since no part is available. PATHETIC COMPANY.
