As usual, Flip-kart delivered the product as per commitment given. Super fast and seamless delivery. The product was delivered on 11th Apr and was expecting the Service engineer from onida to come for demo etc. However nobody turned up so we called Ondia service center on 14th Apr. As per thier records information from flipkart received on 13th apr. However they committed to send an service eng for demo on 16th morning. On 16th apr eng called up asking whether I need a demo or not.. when asked for he said will come on 17th Apr when questioned on today's commitement he agreed to come down. Post that neither he turned up nor answered my calls. I wondering to get a demo it is so much a struggle what will happen when it comes to servicing or repair ?? Product review will post after usage...

Product is awesome, but I have given 1 star for the service provided by Flipkart. This product was not delivered at time and after couple of days i got a call stating that my product is at courier service and I have to come to courier service (gati Thane) door step and collect it...

Bought on 6th Oct and scheduled delivery was 8th Oct but delivery schedule was changed twice and finally delivered on 14th Oct. It was said that demo will be done in 3 days but its more than 10 days of delivery and demo is not arranged yet. After 3 weeks of placing an order I am not able to use the product.

The wrost product i have ever seen. and the worst service of onida . i bought yhe product on 23rd jan 2016 .and got the instalation by engineer on 11th frb. 2016. using only 4/5 times the product stop working . Than i gave the same one in balasore onida service station on 28th december 2016. Still 25th sep. 2017 i am not able to return back my product from service point. no one is bother about this .So how flipkart marketing the onida product i surprised.

These guys have delivered faulty product which have faulty grill due to which pre-haeat and grill function was not working .Raised a complaint at onida 3 months back but after repeated followup call and mails no positive response yet . so I would suggest go for other brands which have good cc relationship .
