Let it brew for 3-4 minutes and your sweet relaxing tea is ready.

Veru use for insomnia i think.its chamomile help shooting nerves for induce sweet night sleep.but i advice to have it before bed at night and ask aurvedic specialist to have it for sleepless person.i think should have it interval of days for avoid habitual habit for it. Stress relief.

Normally, green teas with Chamomile (Gudhal flower) are not available so it came as a relief. Apollo sells such teas buy without Tulsi. I want to advise Organic India to bring in a Green Tea with "only" Chamomile.
