I use 2 in morning and 2 in evening. It becomes strong but i love smell of TulsiI do not know if it helps in weight loss but it surely helps you in having good digestion system.

This is the perfect before bed tea. I was enjoying another brand with fennel and peppermint, but can not longer find it. Now I don't need to look for it.
