The product is awesome..must buy..great warranty in this price segment.. But the reasons for giving 3 stars are: 1) Delivery was delayed by four days which I never experienced earlier that due date fails. 2) Standard free installation was offered but no installation was scheduled even after 2 days of delivery. 3) I contacted Orient service center from my side then installation was scheduled one day later but.. 4) The service engineer was asking 400 rupees installation charge (300 for connecting pipes and 100 for bolts) 5) Although it was free standard installation but you have to pay for hanging bolts indeed.. which I bought from local market for 20 rupees and connecting pipes for 200 rupees.. Overall product is best.. beautiful..adds to aesthetic value..also value for money.. Would update you about performance after using for some days.. Thank you for reading.have a nice day..
