The product is very nice, installation is done by the company but we have to buy the pipe and socket from them it is not free.we had to pay him 1250 rs more bcos the company only gives the machine and nothing more.

We are using this last 5days it's working superbly only 20 minutes for full heating for Geaser and water remain hot for 1 day this is too good for electricity consumption point of view thanks Orient Company such good product & thanks to flipkart.

very good product. compact and 5 star. true to its star rating does not consume more electricity . instillation though not included , on calling the Orient company people , they immediately sent people for installation and charged rs 350 for the same. steaming hot water starts coming in 20 mins. giving this review after using it for 20 days. it's satisfactory so far
