The geyser started leaking right after the installation. Over a month now, I called up customer care 4-5 times but the problem is not resolved. The technician came only once for installation, it's leaking since then, but no one bothers. Will never suggest anyone to buy any orient product.

Did not meet expectations

Flipkart given me delivery date for 6th Nov18. But product delivered on 13th Nov18 after several follow ups with Flipkart and their logistics partner Ekart. Overall experience was very disappointing and pathetic. It was really not expecting from brand like Flipkart.

it's been only 12days since the geyser installed and now it isn't working. it's properly dead, neither lights are working nor water is heating up. please don't buy and waste your money over it
