I have been using this product (15 litre) for the past 20 days and it works without any problem. Looks royal and beautiful. Works silently and water gets heated within 5 minutes. The size of it is big for small bathrooms. So please take into consideration the size of the geyser with relation to the space available in your bathroom. For continuous hot water flow under shower, minimum 15 litre capacity is required.

Product is very good and very easy to install. Need to get it installed from Urban clap since installation service in not provided by manufacturer in Delhi NCR . Product make is of 2016 that surprised me a bit .Overall Good , Stylish and Value for money at the Price point.

Dangerous Geyser with too much knocking sounds of sediment/scaling from Day 1

Dont buy Orient geysers, they dont have replacement option even if you face issue from Day 1, all they would do is repair and yet not able to solve the actual problem... you end up with a purchase which is just a waste, you cant help anything...1. Makes too much knocking sounds, like sediment/scaling formation from Day 1 -- possibly not good for hard water areas2. Worst Customer care, they would come and only do some cleaning, nothing actually fixed... no option to replace the defective piece....

Very Very bad and dangerous product

Very very bad product. I just purchased this 15 days back. The flames started coming out from inlet pipe even when the switch was off. My Husband got major electric shock and luckly he survived. There were electric current in all the water taps of entire house. We had to shut down the MCB to disconnet the gyser. We were lucky that no major damage happended. Its very very scary
