Felt very enegetic after consuming.... We can take it in the form of milk shakes like banana milkshake , apple shake etc..... As given in the description on the container if we mix it with 200 ml of water it's too thick..... We can add more water but if taken daily with water we feel it 🤢 so we have to consume it in different tastes daily and make it flavourful.... Then it's tooo yummm😋... A must take product for women especially for housewives.... As they do lot of work and skip their breakfast this works wonders and provides more energy.....

This has been really helping me... I've been using this for more than a month now... I can't say if it helps in weight loss... But I've lost 5kgs in the current month and still trying to lose more... But I've been feeling a lot energetic after I have it after my workout... I used to feel really tired after workouts but now as I drink the protein shake I feel better and full of energy than before.... And also I can do harder workouts now....
