Arrived well package by Amazon. The microwave itself was easy to set up and use. Controls are straightforward and intuitive. All The basic functions work well as intended. Appears to be a quality well built product from Panasonic. The free accessory pack supplied is useful. Highly recommend this product

Though there was some delay due to chennai cyclone..Managed to deliver on eve of Christmas and made us all happy..Someone at the other end took personal effort to see it reached before Christmas..That was a wonderful gesture.No doubt Panasonic excellent as always.
