the convection does not work .. cake is not getting browned from below , Cake didnt bake from inside . Totally worthless product . And when you initiate the replacement they say you can use a microwave for heating purpose just for cake we wont initiate the replacement .. if we want only for heating purpose then why we are buying convection .and they give replacement for the same product . Please dont go for this

while purchasing this product on Flipkart it was mentioned that containers will be provided. but I have not received containers. after calling up, customer care says that the containers are not part of the order even though I can still see on the product page of flipkart that containers included with product. very unprofessional n pathetic service by flipkart. I have already purchased 2 microwaves but not received containers
