Wheat Flour on pack but Bajra flour in taste

I expected the goodness of wheat flour but to my surprise when I took in the bowl the colour was appearing to be like combination of bajra and wheat and when I took aroma of the flour as after adding water to the flour it was like bajra flour sticky, hence I feel that the ratios of Multigrain flour is not upto the mark
