I have been using PureIt Classic for past 6 years. There was small crack to the transparent chamber but was not leaking. Saw this one with a discount and exchange offer. Bought in an exchange offer for Rs. 1659/- on 24th Oct 2014. Delivered in just one day (25th Oct 2014). Brand new item and is working without any issue. Simple to install and use. Review after using 1 yearPros :.1 clean water as crystal clear2 100 % natural taste of water , it doesn't change water taste3 operated without electricity4 water go four water filtration process ..then you got a clean and potable water even muddy water can be filtered in this (but it can short life of your filter )5 looks goodCons:1 design is complicated , for a savvy lady it is difficult fot her to change its kit ,2 kit cost rs 500 , can filtered water upto 1000 to 1300 Ltr ..though company claimed 1500 ltrsThen per liter cost is 50 paisa ...so cannot say a cheap source of water filtration ...Water filtration cost same as that comes in RO3 Sometime it cannot stop water overflow4 it not suitable for hard and salty water ...so suitable for only soft water ...people who have hard water may buy Ro which is best for that job5 plastic body ( but not big issue it's high quality food grade plastic )Before buying a water filter one should understand what is RO , UV , and UF and what are difference among them (do not buy just for as status symbol)...All are used for different purpose and different requirement and most important what types of water people use ...you can understand this on YouTube ..Conclusion ---people who have soft water , and have problem of electricity cuts..can buy this ..or people who have low budget , then it is the best water filter ...Water quality exactly same as water quality in RO.

This is a awsome product..it works really good and purifier water faster...

I bought it 2 days ago. Delivery was quick within 1 day at Bengaluru. Packing was very good. Assembling was pretty simple. It is working fine. I was worried about leakages as the Tata Swach purifier that I had ordered last week had a problem and I had to return it and order this one. It feels good to see the pure clear water in the storage tank that gives you a very good confidence. I bought it more for storage and dispensing purpose as I already use a regular filter ( Aqua-guard) and this seems to be serving it's purpose well. An excellent experience with Amazon and I love being with them.
