Recently I switched from big brands refined oil to puvi cold pressed groundnut and coconut oil and i must say thats the best decision i took. The oil smells good and is not very heavy. I tried deep frying with groundnut oil and its good. Have been using it for everyday cooking and i am totally satisfied with the oil. Will definitely recommend puvi oils.

Worth seven stars!After trying several brands, settled for Puvi. When deep frying like poori, the whole house just fills with an aroma so fresh it is magical! The oil does not froth easily and you actually need less oil to cook. It goes to show high quality production. I have kept the oil for several months and the fresh smell remains as it is, meaning there was no fungus or impurities in the nuts. Acidity problems go away and no heavy feeling even when eating oily food. It?s 100% worth the investment. I rather forego a tub of popcorn to cover the budget and buy good quality oil.

My wife uses this oil for everyday cooking and is very happy with the result. It is light and does not over power the taste of the food but adds a nice nutty flavour. The food cooked in Puvi peanut oil is is light and easy to digest. One cannot judge the health benefits of cold pressed oil in the short run, but the easy digestibility of the food cooked with this oil certainly points to a healthy oil. I strongly recommend the peanut oil to everyone.

I am regular user of puvi ground nut oil,and believe me it's superb ,as it is cold pressed oil quality is great,taste is awesome,you can use this for deep frying,stir fry,and for all the dishes,Now it comes in 5 litres jar which is now very economical to buy,
