Flipkart Delivery excellent I got my geyser in 2 days. Next Day I called Racold customer care to install my geyser and they assured me to provide services in next 48 hours. I got a call after 96 hours from Racold service center saying "We will not do any plumbing work, we will provide only electric services", I asked them "then why Racold is selling geyser, if they can't provide installation services." They were silent. Again called and sent an email to Racold but they have only register complaint and I don't see any action on it. One more thing they just have to install geyser and they are charging very heavy amount to the enduser its 850Rs. Product is good but after sales services of Racold is very bad, better to go some other product, who is providing good after sales services.

I bought this heater from Snapdeal as the price is 2.7k there. Heats water in less than a minute. U can control the temperature using ur tap. I installed the heater myself. Just 3 holes and u can hang ur heater on the wall. U have to buy the accessories including Plug for heater separately as it comes with loose wires. It will come to around Rs.500 at the least. U can switch on the heater and bath at leisure. The Heater cuts of current automatically and powers on when necessary. U dont have to worry about anything. Its better to switch it off when u r done bathing. It gives continuous hot water even in shower, but there r temperature variations. Dont expect boiling water from heater.

very nice product, working well, you get hot water in running water even in shower too, I buy this product in the year 2008 till now no problem with it work well, it stop automatically once get over heat you can reset afterward i will say it is the best product under this category

Working fine as of now even in cold conditions. The water gets heated up quicker compared to the previous heater. The plastic covering quality is only not so good.

Good product.. gave 3 star for poor packing ... I see the internal heat protect soft coating got broken ... My electrician fixed it with feviquick .. The seller might have at least mentioned handle with care symbols over packing.

I ordered this product off of flipkart and received timely delivery, But when i called handyman for installation,upon opening box he said a spring or maybe something else had broken loose inside. So I made replacement request and i got my money back instead as there was no other piece available for where i had ordered. Cant say much for the product though the brand is spoken highly of in the market. So all in all a little disappointed with availability, but that is due to being a regular user of products bought off flipkart and having better experiences with them. Giving neutral three stars......

Product received earlier was not in a working condition.. Delivery of flipkart people is pathetic.. i had to call the delivery boy for 5 times... even though after that i got the delivery of the product after 8 o'clock. Got replacement of product. again contacted the delivery boy 4 times, though got the delivery of product after 8'clock...

when i order the product delivery charge is free, after i will order the product delivery charge is 200

Display picture was one model and product came different model. Once I returned but again seller has sent the same model which I had received earlier. Disappointed

Product offers 2 year Warranty online, but if something goes wrong they say this warranty is not valid for online purchases By advertising 2 year warranty they are making a fool of the customers, I am struggling for more than 10 days 2 have come take care of this issue. Spoke to at least 3 or 4 persons at the service center and 4 to 5 people who are part of Racold Customer Care and Service department, promise to take care of it, give even 100 percent guarantee it will be done. Nothing gets done, when you call back either they don't pick up the phone or they say it is not covered in warranty. Really frustrating to work with Racold Customer care and their service department. Same issue was faced by another friend of mine after really struggle of 4 to 5 weeks they fixed her problem. After sales service is very poor

MRP is 3780 and you are selling it for 4010. who will buy from you ???? this is just making customers fools. Not acceptable .....

Before Ordering this product, i had called flipkart for Installation Confirmation and customer executive told me that installation will be provided by Flipkart. Now After receiving this product, i again called customer care to request installation but they told me that flipkart doesn't provide Installation and you have to do it yourself. DON'T COMMIT IF U CAN'T DO IT.
