Not bad not good

Excellent product.

This geyser is working good for past 4 months and it looks quite class than the big round ones available at the market. Also the auto cut is a good facility as I keep forgetting to switch off the geyser :P.

Nice product. Brought one year back. No issues and working good.

Have used it one season and had an excellent experience, would recommend it to others too. Living in Noida where the water is hard i have seen other water heaters with steel tank causing so many problems. Racold is known for its performance and it is very effective, it takes only 10 minutes to heat the water and it being 5 star comes handy to the pocket for its usage.

Awesome product

Even though the product description of this Racold Altro 2 Water 15L geyser describes it as as Mount Type - Horizontal, the packet contains a vertical model.

The product was delivered on time. The quality of the product is really good. Till date I haven't faced any problem with this product from the time I purchased.

Good product..

Very good product and service

The product is good. It's a 4 star geyser. I have used it for 3 months. it takes 10 minutes for water to heat up. Works best for 2-3 family members. However Racold doesn't provide any extra fittings for the connection. it would cost approx 1500/- (outlet/inlet pipes etc). You need to call your electrician for installation. You need to surely check whether to buy horizontal or vertical based on your space above the artificial ceiling, specifically for apartments.

Installation is not free. Paid Rs.,250 Spare (Inlet/Outlet tubes are not included with product) is also extra. Water was there inside when I opened the geyser pack (Hope they would have done some testing :) - not old) Also you can't get easily their customer care line.. I never got (4 times i tried, Each 30 minutes) Contact via FB.. At-least you will get some response.

Flipcart persons will not come for installation, You have to call Racold customer Care for installation. Finallay Racold persons came only when they are free, My product was waste in corner for Two weeks, The product is good and giveing me better service now.

Got the used one.

Very very very poor performance from Flipkart. I placed an order for white and grey colour geyser, they shipped me yellow colour although the outer cover was white and grey. I'm totally surprised with the quality check from Flipkart. This is frustration to the core.

I received Racold 15L Altro2 geyser (Mfg dt 15Dec2015) on 30May2016. Within 2 months of usage on 29Jul2016 it caught fire from bottom and turned black when switched on. Dont know whom to blame for this, Flipkart or the seller :( I raised ticket with Racold customer service and have to see if this piece will be replaced or repaired or will they even arrive.
