Got the product in Rs. 7700, it takes 10 mins to heat up the water, will check in winter as well. I bought it after a lot of research, it has stainless steel tank (better than copper, less chance of corrosion) with titanium coating (more durable than glass coating). Installation is free, pipes will cost Rs 350. It makes a little noise while heating.
